ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 3 working days to process your order. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using Royal Mail 2nd Class and usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via our Etsy store. If you're outside the UK, head over to Bitter Bloom on Etsy to place your order.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, email contact.bitterbloom@gmail.com to start your return. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact.bitterbloom@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
