How long will it take to receive my order?

Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow up to 3 working days for processing. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide via our Etsy store. If you're outside the UK, head over to Bitter Bloom on Etsy to place your order.

What materials do you use?

All of our jewellery is crafted from high-quality stainless steel, known for its durability and resistance to tarnishing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to love your jewellery. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll find a solution. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
